We pack every glow with care! From elegant candle holders to modern décor accents, your order is safely wrapped and delivered to your doorstep with precision and care.

🚚 Delivery Options & Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and total order weight:

  • Standard Delivery: ~4 working days

  • Express Delivery: ~3 working days

  • Priority Delivery: ~2 working days

Note: Some remote or non-mainland areas may have limited options or additional fees.

📦 Shipping by Order Weight

Orders up to 25kg

  • Delivered via trusted couriers

  • Secure packaging to protect your homeware pieces

  • Optional delivery date selection available at checkout

Orders over 25kg

  • May be delivered via courier or pallet service (especially for large or bulk orders)

  • Delivery access for larger vehicles must be ensured

  • Scheduled delivery options may be arranged

📅 Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery Days: Monday–Friday

  • No Deliveries: Weekends & public holidays

Order Cut-Off Time:

  • Orders placed before 1 PM ship the same working day

  • Orders placed after 1 PM ship the next working day

⚠️ Important Information

  • Remote Areas: May include additional delivery charges or longer delivery windows

  • Missed Deliveries: If the recipient is unavailable, redelivery charges may apply

  • Damaged Deliveries: Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged item. Include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly
